Innovation Programme

BIG BUSINESS INNOVATION PROGRAMME

A step closer to reality...

Introduction

Our Programme has been specifically designed to deliver rapid development of a service or product idea and will be completed over a six month period.   The team or individual developing the idea will be assigned a Tiger Coach to oversee the programme and a BIG Specialist to deliver the programme.

All parties will initially meet for a provisional half day introductory workshop and arrange the dates for the next six days.  The Programme consists of this half day introduction and six full day workshops at a location agreed with the team who will then follow our five step programme.

At the end of the programme you or the team will have developed a product or service ready to introduce to our Business Start-up Programme for implementation.

The timescales of these programmes may vary depending on the team and project.  However, every effort is made to keep within the six month programme completion duration which is a thorough and detailed process to make it happen.  If it is a group decision, it is possible to accelerate the programme with agreement of your Specialist and Tiger Coach.
