BIG BUSINESS START-UP PROGRAMME

Our Programme has been specifically designed for rapid development and implementation of a ready-to-go service or product idea. The Programme will usually be completed over a six month period. The team or individual will be assigned a Tiger Coach to oversee the programme and a BIG Specialist to deliver it. If they have not met before, all parties will meet for a provisional half day introductory workshop and arrange the dates for the next six days.
The programme consists of this half day introduction and six full day workshops at a location agreed with the team, who will then follow our structured five step business Start-up process. At the end of the process your team will have developed and implemented a successful Business Start-up to be further developed under our Business Development Programmes. The timescales of these programmes may vary depending on the team and project. However, every effort is made to keep within the six month programme completion duration. If it is a group decision, it is possible to accelerate the programme with agreement of your Specialist and Tiger Coach.
BIG Business Start-Up Steps
Step 3.1 - Strategy
If this is a new project to the team, there will be an additional half day Introductions and Overview. The team will review all documentation and develop a business strategy to include SWOT, Porters Forces Model, Branding, Marketing, Operational, Downside Points and Commercial Strategy Options. On completion the Team and the Tiger Coach will sign off the Business Strategy.
Step 3.2 - Plan
A Business Plan will be compiled by the group to include Resource, Structure, Uniqueness, Pricing, Margins, Sales Pipeline Building, Systems, Location, Financial Budgets and Forecasts, and Company Structure. On completion the Team and the Tiger Coach will sign off the Business Plan.
Step 3.3 - Implement
The team will review progress against the implementation plan to ensure milestones are met and tackling any issues along the way to ensure that start-up commences to plan. On completion of each session the Team and the Tiger Coach will sign off a monthly Status Sheet.
Step 3.4 - Review
The business will now have been launched and involvement for team members may increase depending on the business plan, however, this will effectively become a monthly board review to ensure success is achieved. On completion of each session the Team and the Tiger Coach will sign off monthly Business Reviews.
Step 3.5 - Celebrate
After two months of increasing sales a BIG Celebration Evening will be arranged for all Team Members and Partners to celebrate success...
