Introduction
We take our membership extremely seriously, as we know how important it is to have people in the right place for effective development and team work. We have therefore developed a complete personal review process which our Bronze, Silver and Gold members must complete. This process is illustrated above and Summarised below:
Intro and Full Profile
The intro and full profile are our online psychometric profile which will both provide you with a Summary Report. If you are not familiar with psychometric profiling don’t worry, you do not have to complete the full profile to start with. You can try our Introductory Occupational Preferences questionnaire with a Summary Report to start you off.
Once you are happy with the progress you can then go on to complete the full profile and receive a Summary Report which will provide you with an overview of your results. For further information please click link below.
BIG CV Template
To ensure that we have all of your work and qualification history in our standard format for review you will also need to complete a BIG CV.
Bronze, Silver & Gold Review Days
Once you have completed the full profile and received the summary you will need to attend a Review Day with other potential members at the membership level you wish to apply for. On successfull completion of the appropriate Review Day you will be assigned your membership level and benefits.
Although this may seem a bit daunting it enables us to ensure membership levels are allocated correctly to hit the ground running!
